Course introduction

Hand-formed sushi-making course (15 pieces)

Make 15 pieced of Edomae style sushi by yourself, and enjoy the sushi afterward with crab miso soup and small dishes.

■ An outline of hand-formed sushi-making course
Orientation → Grating wasabi grew in Izu’s Amagi area → Make hand-formed sushi under the instruction of the staff → Finish and taste the sushi
Crab miso soup and small dishes will be provided during tasting.

Please gather at Restaurant Akazawa 10 minutes before the course starts.
